Events at Hampden Park |
There are a number of events at Hampden Park, Scotland's National Stadium. With
the clubhouse only being a stones throw from the main stand, Kingswood is an
ideal place to stop before the event.
Unfortunately, we have a limit to the number of people who can be accommodated
in our compact clubhouse.
Up to 150 guests can be handled in our Main Hall, with a further 50 in the
Members Lounge this is our capacity and sticking to this figure means you've got
a good change of being served at the bar, plus we stay within licensing
conditions set by the Glasgow City Council.
The criteria for choosing who gets in is simple, members and their guests are
first and previous visitors will get preference, then any spaces left will go to
other applicants on a first come first served basis.
As either a Member or a visitor to Kingswood Bowling Club, we request that you
complete the form below which will allow entry to the clubhouse before and after
(though in some instances there are other events and there will be no entry
after the event) an event at Hampden. Entry is guaranteed until 90 minutes
before the event starts.
This simply allows the committee to regulate the number of visitors to the club
making the experience better for every one

Please Note the following Conditions:
- Members will get priority on entry.
- Members are required to submit a request where the guest numbers exceed 4
people
- All Non-Members must sign the Visitors book along with their full address on
entry to the Club.
- Visitors entry is by invitation only, a confirmation email will be sent,
please bring this with you.
- No CLUB COLOURS can be worn in
the club - anyone wearing visible colours will be refused entry.
- Entry to the Main Hall will be guaranteed, up to 90 minutes before kick-off,
unless the member is their to sign-in their visitors
- Members and their guests can use the Members Lounge, space permitting.
- Visitors are restricted to the Main Hall
- Members & their guests, plus visitors can return to the Club after the Event
and where the main hall is booked for a function, all guest and visitors
MUST leave the club by 6.30pm.
- All returning quests or visitors MUST
sign the visitors book on return.
- We require the names of ALL
visitors to the Club, these will be checked off on entry to the Club.
